Sindhu has been part of Byborg as a Social Media expert for more than four years now.
She comes from an Indian family in which women have always worked, so work-life balance is quite important to her. She really enjoys working at Byborg, due to its multicultural environment. In her opinion, being surrounded by professionals from many countries and diversity have many advantages.
She loves to travel and she has already visited 52 countries! When she is not working, Sindhu keeps track of social media.
She made real friends within her department. The biggest lesson she learned about her job is that if you want something to happen, you should go for it and shouldn’t be afraid to ask! Honest and open communication is the key to everything.
